Refusal of Entry:
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder from the venue for safety, security, or behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to intoxication, aggressive conduct, or failure to comply with venue policies.

If a ticket holder is refused entry before entering the venue, a refund will be provided.

If a ticket holder is removed from the venue after entry, no refund will be issued, and the venue will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of removal.
