Guitar Workshop with Crossing Strings (AUT) - ClassicalFingerstyle Guitar Duo

This bridge between seemingly two different styles combines the world of classical music with popular culture, blending techniques from both playing styles to broaden the guitarist's horizon, regardless of artistic background.

3-hour Guitar Workshop for beginners and advanced players with fingerstyle guitarist and composer Markus Schlesinger & classical guitarist and instrumental pedagogue Carina Maria Linder. The course is suitable for guitarists who have never encountered fingerstyle and classical guitar, as well as those with previous experience in these areas. In this workshop, topics are covered in a progressive order, including simple folk accompaniment, arrangements of well-known jazz and pop songs, pieces and techniques in classical as well as Spanish/South American styles, and groovy compositions in open tunings along with percussive techniques.

Depending on the needs, instruction can be provided either through sheet music or tablature.
