Em Rusciano is a writer, singer, comedian, and all-around powerhouse known for her fearless honesty, incredible vocals, and ability to turn life’s chaos into sell-out national stand-up tours. Em brings heart and authenticity to everything she does, whether on stage, on social media, or in your ears.

Right now, she’s perimenopausal AF, tired, but still a showgirl at heart—and this residency is the best way to perform without burning out. It’s the intimate, stripped-back gig she’s always wanted—just Em, her band, some surprise guests (hint: Em’s friends) and a room full of pals who get it. No glitter cannons, no choreographed dance breaks (maybe some interpretive dance, who knows?) —just raw, unfiltered music, laughs, and whatever happens on the night.

It’s the show Em’s always planned to do—before it inevitably spirals into a fully themed, high-production spectacular requiring too much executive function. But not this time. This is as up-close and personal as it gets.
