Mila + Lucas are an indie dream-folk duo based in Naarm/Melbourne. By blending elements of folk and pop, the duo have crafted a unique sound that evokes both passion and peace. With intricate guitar parts and story-driven lyrics, their music invites listeners into a slow-burning world of feeling.

Join them on Wednesday 18 June at Brunswick Artists' Bar to celebrate the release of their debut single,

'You and I', with special guests Thom Johnston and Mekky!

Warm, intimate and quietly expansive, 'You and I' is a love song shaped by lush harmony, acoustic textures and an understated production that lets every emotion breathe. Though inspired by the pair’s adoration for Mila’s dog, Pepsi, the track transcends its origin story – evoking a kind of connection that reaches beyond species, borders and language, making the song universally resonant.
