The Good, The Bad & The Rugby is live in Australia!

The World’s biggest rugby show, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby is heading down under for the British and Irish Lions Tour of Australia.

England legends James Haskell and Mike Tindall and TV presenter Alex Payne will take to the stage to host a live edition of their hugely popular podcast ahead of the final Test of the Series. They’ll be recapping the action of the tour in their unmistakable style, sharing their own Lions Tour stories and making some big predictions about the final match.

This is the first time the team, who have gained more than 50million views online since launching in 2020, host a live show in Australia. The trio will recreate their trademark on-air banter, as The Good (Alex), The Bad (James) and The Rugby (Mike), and will be joined by special guests as they share tales from on and off the pitch for what promises to be a night filled with surprises and laughter with audience interaction, fun and games.

Ticket includes a two-hour (6-8PM) canape and beverage package. Including free-flowing Guinness, Hahn SuperDry and Stone & Wood. Plus, red, white and sparkling wines.

Patrons should note that this is a mixed seating and standing venue – seating is pub style and available on a first come, first serve basis. Parts of the live show will be recorded for release on The Good, The Bad and The Rugby podcast.

About the authors:

Before GBR, Alex fronted Sky’s rugby union coverage from 2012. He has presented over 20,000 hours of live television, over 200 test matches, five Lions tours and more than 70 England internationals.

As a player, James Haskell played in England, France, New Zealand and Japan and won Premiership, European and Grand Slam titles.  He was man of the series as England won in Australia in 2016, and a Lions tourist to New Zealand in 2017.  Away from the porch, he is author of bestselling books What a Flanker and Ruck Me and a DJ.

Mike Tindall was a key part of the England team that lifted the Rugby World Cup in 2003.  He went on to captain his club and country, and finished as one of the finest players to have worn the white shirt in the professional era.  In retirement, he has raised significant funds for Cure Parkinson, a cause close to his heart.

Together they host the weekly podcast The Good, The Bad and The Rugby.
